ONLINE COURSE OF PREPARATION FOR A PATH

Walking is a fundamental and ancestral act, which takes us back to the essence of human nature, which gives us allows you to live in close contact with the environment and with others, in a true and profound relationship, but it has its principles, which anyone who wants to set out on the journey, for one or more days, must necessarily know. The course we offer has been designed to give participants, even beginners, the skills essentials and tools to organize one’s path, mostly in Italy, and in general in relation to an itinerary that has already been developed, traced, organized and marked. To do this is necessary to address a series of issues, which are far from obvious in today’s society, increasingly sedentary and distant from life “on the move”, like the appropriate equipment from have the most appropriate clothing with you; the right nutrition and training/preparation preliminary; first aid stations; tools and apps for orientation and digital navigation; the various dangers that can be encountered along the way and how to solve the little ones problems of itinerant life. With this course we will therefore provide participants with fundamental and preparatory information to leave, alone or in a group, and walk in safety and enjoyment, but above all: with greater awareness. One of the modules of the Course will concern a specific in-depth study on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti and the nearby, equally beautiful and currently less known, Via dei Tusci.
